Delivery is charged at checkout based on destination. There is no free shipping threshold.
Fourteen days, unopened.
Filters that have not been fitted and cartridges still sealed can be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Once water has passed through a cartridge it cannot be resold, so it cannot be returned.
Message with the order number
Email info@rootier.shop or call. Say what is wrong and whether the box has been opened.
Keep the packaging
Returns are accepted in original packaging only. Nothing needs to be resealed.
Hand it to the courier
A collection is arranged in Doha. Elsewhere a return label is sent.
Refunded on inspection
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the parcel is checked.
Warranty
On every housing, against manufacturing fault. Cartridges are consumable and not covered.
Return window
From the day it arrives. Unopened and in original packaging.
Damaged on arrival
Send a photo the day it arrives and a replacement goes out. No return needed.
Cash on delivery
Available across Qatar. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer everywhere.
